Assistance Request

The Application Process includes the following steps.

1. Fill out the Assistance Request form below.
2. A member of the Lighthouse team will contact you in regards to your request.
3. Should you qualify to apply for a grant through the Lighthouse Families First Foundation, we will e-mail you an application to be completed.
4. Once you have completed the application, your application will be reviewed by members of the Lighthouse team to ensure you meet the qualifications and your request fits the spirit of the Lighthouse Families First Foundation.
5. Should your application be accepted, we will grant you your request as outlined in your application.
